Additional Fees

Most classroom supplies are included in tuition such as classroom supplies, books, and special events. Other expenses such as; field trips, instrument rental, lunch programs, yearbook, after school care, tutoring, sports uniforms or other incidental extra activities may apply.

After School Care Program (Preschool through Grade 8)
 

After School Care (ASC) for grades 1st-8th is provided Monday through Thursday until 5:00 pm, and until 3:00 pm on Fridays. ASC for Preschool and Kindergarten children is available Monday through Thursday until 4:00 pm, and until 3:00 pm on Fridays.

The ASC program has a range of activities from organized games and art, to free play and a quiet time for doing homework.

ASC costs $15 per day with a reservation and $20 without a reservation.


Tuition Recovery Protection (TRP) 

Tuition Recovery Protection (TRP) protects a family who withdraws during the school year by returning up to 60% of the unrealized tuition. 


Example: If a student unexpectedly withdrawals mid-year, the family would be eligible for a 60% refund of the remaining tuition for the semester not attended.  


Tuition Recovery Protection is required for all students.

 

Mid-Year Enrollment

Tuition will be prorated for students entering HWS mid-year based on the number of days remaining in the school year.
